Our "Kill the Grind" campaign, is about the positive pull to show Organizations etc, that
'how we do things matters'.......
From Business Management to Human Resources (HR)
We want employees motivated to come to work and support their customers...
but not to get stuck in the 'Grind'...
That ultimately negatively impacts their quality and production (i.e., their deliverables to their Customers).
For example, on the Technology side, we embrace the incorporation of 21st century technology. Technology that affords employees more time to sit with customers (i.e., vs having limited time with customers due to employees having to spend too much of their time crunching data).

The 'Status Quo' represents those industries stuck in the 20th century (i.e., when it comes to technology).
'Alternative 1' allows for MORE TIME to analyze data and MORE TIME with the customer.
Again, 'how we do things matters.' Understand, there will be a learning curve. However, overtime, the infusion of technology will give your organization more __________ (fill in the blank).

In too many organizations, rogue leaders have been left unchecked and have built superficial bureaucratic walls (and processes) that inhibit creativity, produce inefficiency, and groupthink.
